Biography

Suzanne Yee began formal art training at the age of 10 with the Saturday Art Program at the Carnegie (now Carnegie-Mellon) Institute in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and has pursued independent study of the human figure ever since. More recently she studied ecorche (anatomy sculpture) with Andrew Ameral in Oakland, and completed a painting intensive with Ted Seth Jacobs at the Bay Area Classical Artist Atelier. She has participated in East Bay Open Studios and in several group shows in the East Bay.
